These terms govern your use of getansiva.com, operated by Ansiva LLC, a California limited liability company. Ansiva is the brand of Ansiva LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Using the website
Provide accurate information and submit only information you are allowed to share. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, send spam or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, or infringe another person's rights.
Free information and paid services
The free checkup, free call, and site content are general information, not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Consider your own circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed.
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. These terms cover the website only. Nothing on the site guarantees a specific number of leads, bookings, or amount of revenue.
Text-message terms
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in and use the Ansiva LLC SMS program.
You may opt in using the optional SMS checkbox on our contact form at getansiva.com/contact. If you choose texts, Ansiva LLC may send non-marketing messages about your request and appointments, including confirmations and reminders. Providing your phone number or accepting these website terms alone does not give SMS consent. You can submit a request or book a call without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking and contact forms run on third-party platforms. Their availability and operation may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

The Ansiva name, logo, website content, and design are owned by Ansiva LLC or used with permission. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation. Do not copy, sell, or reuse protected materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
