Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
The short version
We use the information you give us to answer your request, book your call, and provide our services. We do not sell personal information. Optional Google Analytics stays off unless you accept cookies. You can change your choice or contact us about your information at any time.
Who we are
Ansiva is the brand of Ansiva LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy covers getansiva.com and our own business contacts. Contact us at andrewsilva@ansivasystems.com.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, complete a checkup, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email, phone number, company, website, checkup answers, booking details, and messages.
Our site and service providers may automatically receive your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and referring site. Cookies and similar browser storage may support site features, remember your privacy choice, and measure visits as described below. Please do not send sensitive information or your customers' personal details through the checkup.
The free checkup sends your answers to our server to calculate your result. Calculating a score does not create a customer record. If you submit the optional full fix plan form, we store your contact details, industry, answers, score, priorities, and consent choice in GoHighLevel to handle your request. We record the displayed consent text, submission time, and page address. The email checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. No SMS permission is collected in this form, and we do not contact your leads.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; schedule and hold calls; provide and improve our services; send messages you asked for; keep the site secure and stop spam; and understand how the site is used.
Text messages
You can opt in to texts from Ansiva LLC using the optional, unchecked SMS checkbox on our contact form at getansiva.com/contact. These are non-marketing messages about your request and appointments, including confirmations and reminders. Providing a phone number alone does not give consent. You can submit a request or book a call without agreeing to texts; consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it on our behalf only to support message delivery and customer service. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from other sharing described in this policy and are not sold, transferred, or shared for third-party marketing.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate our website and handle requests:
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Vercel: website hosting, Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights.
- HighLevel / LeadConnector: customer records, scheduling, forms, and messaging.
- Google Analytics: optional site analytics, only if you accept cookies.
- Cloudflare: provider security and bot protection, plus optional checkup spam protection when configured.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies or similar storage support site functions, security, and your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics cookies help us understand visits. They load only after you choose Accept. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure use and performance without cookies.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or decline optional Google Analytics. We remember your choice for 12 months unless you clear browser storage. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals by keeping our optional Google Analytics off.
Our Google Analytics settings do not change in response to legacy Do Not Track signals. Embedded booking and contact tools have their own scripts, storage, and privacy practices; our Cookie settings do not control them.
The embedded booking calendar requests a Facebook software library before a cookie choice. This request is separate from our Google Analytics controls.
Client information
When we run systems for clients, we handle their customers' information on the client's behalf under our written agreements. For information handled in that relationship, contact the business you dealt with. This policy covers our website and our own business contacts.
Retention, security, and children
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, considering the request or service, legal obligations, disputes, and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Your choices and rights
Email andrewsilva@ansivasystems.com to request access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of messages. California residents may have rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, to know and obtain personal information; correct or delete it; opt out of its sale or sharing; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, subject to applicable law.
We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf; we may request proof of authorization.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change and will update the date above. Questions or privacy requests: andrewsilva@ansivasystems.com.
